The Halloween party takes place this Friday evening, October 25th, in the hall from 6-30 to 8-30. Admission is €5 per family.
There will be a school Christmas concert taking place in the hall on Fri Dec 21st. This will commence at 7 pm sharp.
The first half of the show will be performed by the children of the school and the second half will be various variety acts from adults from the area.
A great night’s entertainment is guaranteed.
Admission is €8 per adult and school going children are free.

Ballyellis Parents Association are organising a Halloween disco on Friday 26th October 2012 in Askamore Hall at 6.30pm until 8.30pm for all the children of the parish. Food and drinks served for the children. €5 per family. Parents welcome to dress up also.
Fantastic turn-out of 37 tables last night in newly painted Askamore Community Centre.
Come along and support the Parents Association of Ballyellis N.S. who are organising a table quiz tonight in Askamore at 8-30pm. Proceeds will be put towards the building fund. Cost will be €40 per team of 4. All support appreciated.
Reminder of the Table Quiz being run by the Parents’ Association of Ballyellis N.S. on Friday night Sept 21st in Askamore Community Centre at 9 o clock.
Quiz is being compiled by Davy and Mary Donohoe and a table of 4 will cost €40.
All proceeds will go towards the building fund for the new extension which was built over the summer and is now being used by the 1st and 2nd classes.
Come along for what is sure to be a very enjoyable and also competitive night.

Our annual field day will be taking place on Sunday 3rd of June
following the patron mass in Askamore. Baking donations, homemade
buns, cakes etc. would be greatly appreciated for the cake stall and
tea tent.
All houses will also be asked to donate items for the bottle
and book stalls.
Raffle cards are also out now and all proceeds from
both fundraisers will be going towards the building of the new
extension.
Work on this is due to commence during the mid-term break
in May and is scheduled to be completed by Sept 2012.
The recent cake sale held after mass in Askamore on April 15th raised
€548.60 which will also be going towards the building. This is
appreciated as is the continued support of the people, especially in
these tough economic times. The school extension is a major project
which is necessary due to numbers increasing and it will be a huge
benefit to the comfort and education of our children for years to
come.
