The Askamore Parent and Toddler group is a voluntary group set up on the 9th March 2011 with help from the Wexford County Childcare Committee.
It is a local support group where parents, grandparents and carers can meet up to chat and develop friendships in a safe and friendly environment while their children play and socialise together.
They meet up once a week on a Wednesday morning from 9.30am to 11.am in the Activity room in Askamore Community Centre.
On 6th July 2011 the group had their first outing to Kia Ora mini farm and the trip was enjoyed by all.
Our mission statement is Askamore parent and toddler group is committed to supporting families in the local community through play and social interaction within a safe environment.
