Yet again we have the pleasure of having Wexford singer, Stephen Murphy, playing in Askamore.
His last concert was a huge success here so we’re delighted that he’ll be joining us again, along with local artists, on November 8th at 8.00pm.
Please join us for what promises to be a great nights entertainment.
Askamore Foroige Club are looking for adult leaders to help keep their club going.
The club meets from 7.30 – 9.00pm every Wednesday night in Askamore and they need adults who will be Garda Vetted and checked to help out.
Even if you can’t be there every week, please give some of your time to help out the teenagers of the parish.
Foroige is a fun, great, safe place for the teenagers to meet up, meet new friends, play games, be listened to and organise trips and meet up with other groups around the country. It is essential that they have some adult leaders.
If you can help, please get in touch with Ann Potignano or any of the Community Council members who can put you in touch.
