Ballyroebuck Hall Yoga class

Ballyroebuck Hall: After a very successful day at the Therapeutic Yoga Workshop interest was shown in setting up a regular class so a “Taster” class is taking place on Tues 24th Sept @ 7pm at a cost of €12. Instructor Erika Behringer is highly trained and teaches Astanga Yoga a vigorous style yoga which strengthens and realigns the body. For a regular class to take place we need a minimum of 10 people.
