Kilrush-Askamore Coiste na n-Óg

The under 10s had wins during the week over Naomh Eanna and Liam Mellows. They play Ballygarrett in football at home on Monday, and Oilgate away in hurling on Friday evening. The GAA Cul Camp in Craanford last week was enjoyed by those who took part.

U-14s footballers had a good win last week against Craanford. There is no U-14 match this week.

U-12s played Ballygarrett in football last Tuesday evening and won. They play hurling in Bunclody at 7.30pm this Tuesday evening.

There is no U-16 match this week. They lost out to Marshalstown last Monday evening by a small margin.

Well done to the GAA teams who took part in the quiz nights in Askamore during last week. GAA1 got through to the finals on Sunday evening. No results at this time. The Coiste na nOg team did very well, only losing out in a tiebreaker on Thursday night for a place in the finals.

Good luck to all with matches this week.

Don’t forget the Kilrush Field Day which takes place after the Patron next Sunday in Kilrush. Everyone welcome.
